PouchCraft is built by a small team and we genuinely care about getting this right for you. If something isn't working, please reach out first — we resolve most issues quickly and personally. If we can't fix it, we'll make it right. That said, because PouchCraft delivers immediate value the moment you export or use a template, refunds are only possible when the service has genuinely not been used.
Export activity disqualifies you from a refund
Every export (PNG, JPG, PDF, ZIP) and every template action is time-stamped and logged against your account. If our records show even one export or template created, a refund will not be issued — regardless of the plan type, the number of exports, or the reason given. This policy exists to prevent misuse of the service.
The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp — we typically respond within a few hours. Alternatively, email contact@pouchcraft.in with the subject "Refund Request" and include: • Your registered email address • The Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_) • A brief reason for the refund Please note: we will check your account's export and usage logs before approving any refund. If any export has been generated or any template has been created, the request will be declined. We will respond within 2 business days.
PouchCraft plans are currently not auto-renewing — you are charged once per billing period and your access runs until that period ends. You do not need to "cancel" anything to stop future charges; simply do not renew when your plan expires. If you are unsure when your plan expires, check your dashboard or message us and we'll confirm.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking) via Razorpay. Bank processing times may add a few extra days.
PouchCraft charges in your local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, or INR) based on your location. Refunds are issued in the same currency to your original payment method. Any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are outside our control and cannot be refunded by us.
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank
If you think you've been incorrectly charged, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@pouchcraft.in — we'll sort it out quickly, usually within 2 business days. Going straight to a chargeback without contacting us first makes it harder for us to help you and may delay resolution. In cases of disputed chargebacks where export logs confirm usage, we reserve the right to provide those records to our payment processor.
