PDF exports were taking 3–5× longer than usual due to elevated load on the rendering workers. The issue was identified and resolved by scaling up the worker pool. No data was lost.

Payment webhook delays (resolved)

A temporary network issue between Razorpay and our servers delayed subscription activation for new sign-ups. Affected users were upgraded manually and notified by email.
